From Good to Great
Project of modernization of the higher education in Ukraine.
The Swiss-Ukrainian project “Transformation of the university through complex diagnostics” was implemented in the National University of Kyiv Mohyla Academy.
Based on this analysis the road map of the changes and instruments for implementation were developed, the target model of management created, and the points of growth were identified.
The project also provided preparation and distribution of recommendations for other Ukrainian universities that undergo similar transformations. Therefore, the recommendations regarding necessary legislative amendments were developed to improve the efficiency of higher education institutions.
