Team of the "Common Help UA" project transferred humanitarian aid to the people with disabilities - walkers, crutches, wheelchairs and essential accessories for them
The Western Rehabilitation and Sports Center of the National Sports Committee for the Disabled of Ukraine in the Lviv Region became a safe shelter for more than 400 IDPs from the most war-affected regions of Ukraine, including 92 children, pregnant women, the elderly and people with disabilities. A lot of them move on wheelchairs. Members of the Paralympic team and their families also found a shelter from the war here.
«Another batch of the "Common Help UA" humanitarian aid has been delivered by our team, including walkers, crutches, wheelchairs and essential accessories for them», - says Svitlana Mozgova, Head of the Board of the Charitable Foundation "Believe in Yourself".
Earlier on, "Common Help UA" delivered more than 2 tons of food, personal hygiene products and utensils to the Center.
